Javier was born in a Mexican town full of history and traditions “Encarnacion de Diaz” Jalisco, Mexico.

During his early years Javier was captivated by arts, he received personal training from his art professor Francisco Perez, at his art studio where Javier started learning from basic and old techniques improving to new and more sophisticated tools and techniques developing his inner skills through time.

Years later Javier moved to Mexico City to continue learning ,he entered at the Escuela Nacional de Pintura Escultura y Grabado "LA ESMERALDA" an institute for painting, sculpting and carving studies (ENPEG). and has been as his teachers Francisco Perez and Gustavo Jaimes part of Art Workers Studios group In Mexico City, while Javier attended school.

In December 1993 this upcoming artist immigrate to the United States where his knowledge in arts has resulted in a big demand of art work for him ever since. Now with all the artist and teachers group are back together with studios at Las Vegas Nevada, Los Angeles California, and Mexico.
